I have played ROTK 1 and 4 previously, but as of today, my copy of 4 is destroyed, and 1 is working, but I just couldn't get into it. Without a doubt, KOEI's flagship Romance of The Three Kingdoms games are some of the best and most original historical strategy games ever made.

Well i did get 13 on steam and am actively checking that one out, and i also got a ps2 disc of 11 i will try soon, but thanks for the recommendations, i will likely give them all a try at some point here, and yes being unable to read japanese or chinese is a pain 11 is much much improved with PUK, probably the rtk that has the best PUK because it massively improves the AI (all the english ver just never get updated to the other language PC ai). It might be a funny scene, movie quote, animation, meme or a mashup of multiple sources. 14 is above average imho, definitely worth trying if you like 9 and 11. You can take any video, trim the best part, combine with other videos, add soundtrack. I think 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 are all worth trying for sure, they all excel in different aspect.
